So there you are.... this is not some New Age philosophy, it is physics. You get what you give. If you want a more joyful existence, then have a more joyful existence. Live the joy, find whatever gives you joy and immerse yourself in it. BE ONE WITH THE JOY!

I know it sounds too easy, it couldn't possibly work... (Not with that attitude, it won't.) Of course it will work, it's physics. Perhaps, you have a mind like mine that has little or no comprehension of physics. I simply did not 'get it' in school, no understanding whatsoever, it's far too left brain for me. But, thankfully Albert has laid it all out right here. 

Match the frequency of the reality you want.  It is your life, your reality, you can have whatever you want, but there is no whining allowed. You don't want any negative energy in the mix, that will only confuse the matter. Muster up all the positive emotions you have ever experienced, all the happy memories, the birth of your babies, your wedding, your first kiss, or your first car, depending on who you are. Anything that makes you feel good. 

You cannot help but get that reality.

This is the energy you need to manifest the reality you are yearning for. Match the frequency and you can't help but receive it.
