For each situation I encounter today, I choose only to see its positive side!
That's right, you can choose how you wish to react to any situation you encounter. You can take a negative stance and create havoc or you can go with a positive bent, and happily move forward with your life.
We have a choice. Life is how you see it. It can be a peaceful calm experience every day or an uptight frustrating mess.
Why not try making a commitment to being positive? What do you have to lose? Only the stress that all the negative feelings are creating in your body.
We seems to spend an inordinate amount of time focusing on the negative aspects of our lives, on what is wrong. We can emote on our problems for hours, by phone, text or in person. We are engorged with negativity. All that doom and gloom will eventually manifest into an illness, and is completely unnecessary.
We need to stop complaining about what is wrong and be grateful for what is right. Take a real look at your life as it stands today. What do you have to be thankful for: the roof over your head, your children, your health , the sky, the mountains, the river. It doesn't matter what you are thankful for, only that you are thankful. You are blessed and being grateful will result in more of those blessings in your life.
