exactly the teacher we need
at every moment.
This includes every mosquito,
every misfortune,
every red light,
every traffic jam,
every obnoxious supervisor,
(or employee),
every illness, every kiss,
every moment of joy or depression
every addiction,
every piece of garbage,
every breath.
Every moment is the guru.
We are here on earth to learn what we need to learn. Lessons can come from anywhere at anytime. You never know where the next one is coming from, it may seem completely random, but it is never random. There are no mistakes, nothing is wrong. Everything is happening just as it is supposed to.
If there is something you need to 'see', the Universe will always find a method of delivering the message to you. It can come in any form, similar to the ones listed above. Each person and situation that you encounter, you learn something from. If you don't 'get the message' it will continue to come to you in different forms until you 'see' what you need to 'see'.
You will always get what you NEED, not necessarily what you WANT.
We are all teachers, just as we are all students. Each person, animal or situation has the potential to educate you. They may carry the exact piece of the puzzle that you have been missing. They may be 'showing you the way'.
Therefore, the next time you encounter a situation that surprises or shocks you, that conjures up awe and/or astonishment, just know that you have probably just been given a glimpse at what you are here to discover and master.
