Simplistic, perhaps.... but really that is all there is. Come to this planet, be kind to every living thing, love yourself and enjoy your life.

We're trying too hard, right from the very beginning. We are enough on our own, just as we are. 

Stop trying so hard when trying so hard is the problem.

You don't have to try to make everyone happy, try to do better, or try harder, you are perfect just the way you are.

The key to everything is to love yourself.... with that love going strong, everything else unfolds. You have love and compassion for everyone and everything. It all comes from you. Never mind what others are doing, just do the best you can and carry on.
