Disease/pain is not our natural state, there is a lesson
involved, for you or someone in your life.
The pain is in your body for a reason, it is telling you to pay attention, be aware, dig deeper, find the issue and let it go. I am not, of course, referring to pain resulting from over-exertion or over indulgence, although that pain is also a lesson.
When fear is running your world or you are holding onto
resentments, anger, or simply unhappy, pain or disease is a signal that something is going on with you. Obviously there are a plethora of issues that accumulate
within, but the point is if you don’t deal with them, if you avoid them or
life, you will pay the price. We are here to learn and grow, not sit and stew.
So whatever you are hoarding inside, whatever deep, hidden issues you don’t want
to look at, are now showing up as physical symptoms.
When you cut your finger, you heal it, don’t you? Didn't you heal the incision from your operation?
Of course, you did. This is the
procedure. You may feel that this just happens; you had nothing to do with it;
your body just came equipped with the necessary tools to take care of it.
Right? Well, that’s it exactly; you have
all the necessary tools to fix everything that may be wrong with you, physically
or emotionally. You created it and you can heal it. You are a mighty force to
be reckoned with.
If you don’t want to be ill then don’t be ill. Don’t
obsess about it. Don’t invite disease into your life – PERIOD. And if it knocks
on your door, do not open it, just say NO. I am not condoning denial; this is
an absolute choice. I am grateful for my health, and I expect to remain
healthy. It is really only a positive attitude; I don’t dwell on illness and
don’t expect it to show up. Always picture yourself healthy, start at your head
and work your way down, hit on every organ, and be grateful for all they do for
you every day, how magnificent they operate and SMILE. Be happy, Laugh. Shake
things up! Do your part and the universe
will do the rest.
“The soul always knows what to do to heal itself.
The challenge is to silence the mind."
