Most people do not realize that as they continue to find things to complain about, they disallow their own physical well-being. Many do not realize that before they were complaining about an aching body or a chronic disease, they were complaining about many things first.

It does not matter if the object of your complaint is about someone you are angry with, behavior in others that you believe is wrong, or something wrong with your own physical body.

You are sending out negative vibrations each time you are complaining, whining or grumbling about anything and/or everything in your world. 

We are not always conscious of how much or how often we make a mental note of what is bugging us at the moment, to gnaw on later. Hanging on to these disappointments, resentments, anger, or any other negative action, is never a good idea, it does nothing for you or your health.

Each one of these little nigglings (slight but persistent annoyance, discomfort, or anxiety) is stored in our memory and creates a negative atmosphere for your existence. If you are constantly seeing only the dismal side of life, always expecting the worst, pessimistic and inflexible with your attitudes and beliefs, you are creating a hotbed for illness.

No matter what you are hanging on to or complaining about, let it go. You can't change anything that has been said or done, you can't change the weather, what is happening in the news, or the state of the world. so just live your life, try to remain positive, and be kind to yourself and others.
