We are here to awaken from the illusion of our separateness....

We are not alone, we are never alone. 

I think it is common for everyone to feel alone at different times during their lives. You may have the idea that no one could possibly know how you feel, and you are probably right. 

You may have experienced a death or a frightening diagnosis, and although you have a support system you are alone in what you are feeling. Many people feel alone in a crowd or  even with their family around them. You may have a feeling that you are always alone, that nothing can fill you up. There is something missing from deep inside, there is a hole in the soul.  

This, as everything, is up to you. You cannot be filled up with alcohol or drugs or any artificial means. You can only be completed within yourself, there is no one on this earth that can do it for you. You need to find that love for yourself that you have misplaced.

You are important, you have a position to fill here on earth. You fit in, you are part of the universal plan, you and each and every one of us.  And you are not alone, none of us are alone, we are all one. 

None of us is separate. Get up and get out. Go for a walk in the woods, join something, go to the library, check out your town, help someone. Reconnect with the world and you will see that there is no separateness, it is only an illusion.
